- Pricing and Payment
2.1. Product prices are indicated in euros and include Value Added Tax (IVA) applicable.
2.2. Payment can be made using the methods available on the website and to Joana Beirão . Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
- Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Portugal Faz Bem enables deliveries in mainland Portugal and islands and according to the conditions of each brand. Shipping times and costs will be indicated during the purchase process, and includes the cost of shipping and indication of the carrier, such as CTT and others.
3.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, However, we do everything we can to resolve any setbacks..
- Return and Refund Policy
4.1. Our Return and Refund policies are in line with the deadlines and conditions set out in the Right to Free Termination in contracts concluded remotely or concluded outside the establishment. – Decree-Law no. 24/2014 – art 10. Since we do not sell food products or handmade products, the deadline applies 14 days for return from the date of receipt of the order / the day of conclusion of the contract, if the contracts are for the provision of services.
