After the effervescence of Lisbon Design Week and under the Open Factory Day by Portugal initiative, still go in time to visit the 3 unique exhibitions that celebrate design and know-how and produce Portuguese, immersively, innovative and sensory - From Chiado to Blessed Innovation District. Installation Pop Up Space with authorship and curatorship of the architect Diana Noronha Ugly | Openbook Studio, With Portugal promotion is good.
In an old cookie manufacture room with a certain 300 m2 and the installed cutting and cooking machine, an analogy between industrial processes and design is established – Industria x Design.
The space is transformed into a living circuit of creation and production, where 14 partner companies and 50 Exhibited pieces tell the accomplicable stories between breeders and factories.

SYNOPSIS
The visit “From Flour to Biscuit” intends to explore and understand the operation of the grinding factory, and find out how a grain of cereal turned into flour.
This raw material, the flour, would then be sent to the cookie factory where the delicious crackers of the old military maintenance were obtained.
The visit will go through the exhibitions “The Power of IO and Everything in Between”, by BRIMET SILVA, and “Cookie Monsters”By Diana Noronha Ugly and OpenBook, Patent in the Factory Building Cookie Room.
