LAW is a non-profit initiative that aims to enrich and boost the city's contemporary art scenethrough collaboration with a variety of artistic spaces like galleries, artists' studios, private art collections, museums and public projects dedicated to the arts, the LAW will provide an annual weekend for art enthusiasts, both in Portugal and around the world, to explore Lisbon and its vibrant contemporary art scene.

The main purpose of Lisbon Art Weekend is to offer all audiences the opportunity to discover and explore Lisbon's effervescent contemporary art scene, experiencing works of art and performances in the context of their natural habitat. Furthermore, the event aims to foster meaningful discussions through a series of carefully selected side events.
