CLAY Born with a clear purpose: transform the tile into an artistic expression. More than coating, Clay's tiles are thought of as screens that interact with space and with whom. This new brand proposes a fusion between matter, form and environment - challenging the border between art and interior design.
Collaborations with visionary artists
To mark your release, Unpublished works of four international renowned artists are presented with a strong connection to Portugal: Vhils, AkaCorleone, JonOne , Kruella d'Enfer. Each artist was invited to reinterpret the tile as an artistic support, giving rise to modular and expressive parts, that can be used individually or in larger compositions.
Clay Originals: The brand's internal view
Parallel to collaborations, There are also the Originals - A line of parts that mirrors the creative identity of the brand. With a timeless design and a deep connection to matter and memory, These pieces are thought of as the basis for everyday creativity, combining artisanal care with functionality and aesthetics.
Three collections, Three forms of expression
Clay organizes its creations in three distinct collections:
- PATTERN: Modular tiles designed in collaboration with artists, ideal for being used in isolation or in dynamic compositions. A true living screen for spaces in constant evolution.
- EDITION: Artistic compositions signed and numbered by the artists themselves, created from the pattern modules. A healed and collectible approach that raises the tile to the status of work of art.
- CLAY ORIGINALS: The most intimate expression of the brand, with its own pieces rooted in the tradition, But with a contemporary look.
