When coffee turns blue: Delta and Add Fuel combine tradition and creativity
An unexpected latte and a contemporary tile breathe new life into Portuguese culture.
There are encounters that make sense at first glance, and others that surprise, but they stay. The latest collaboration between Delta Coffee House Experience and Portuguese artist Add Fuel is just that: an unlikely fusion between coffee, urban art and tradition, which results in a sensorial experience where flavor and aesthetics go hand in hand.
At a time when coffee is no longer just a break, but a ritual, to Delta Coffee House Experience once again shows how it is possible to reinvent this experience. Created in 2021 by Delta Cafés, This brand was created with the purpose of transforming the act of drinking coffee into a more conscious moment, engaging and even educational. In these spaces — already present in Lisbon, Porto and Paris — coffee is the protagonist, but you are never alone. Here, people also have the opportunity to learn more about coffee culture, its preparation methods and different extraction systems, deepening the connection with each cup.

It is precisely from this desire to explore coffee as a cultural expression that collaborations like this one are born. A natural encounter between Delta's universe and Add Fuel's visual language, where tradition and creativity intersect in unexpected ways. It is in this context that the new Wonder Coffee #03: “Out of the Blue Latte”– one latte intense blue vegetable, created from spirulina in an invitation to well-being.
